Rental Rates for The Pelican's Nest

$200 per night - 8 guests (low season) November/ May. Three (3) night minimum stay. $225.00 per night. Two night minimum stay.

 

$285 per night – 8 guests (high season) June/October & Holidays

 

Holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas (high season rates)

$20  each additional guest per night over 8 (10 maximum)

1% Oregon State Lodging Tax

$100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee

$300.00 cleaning/damage deposit. $400.00 cleaning/damage deposit with pets

PETS: Well behaved pets are allowed with permission only.  $10.00 per night per pet

 

All rates are for up to 8 guests.

 

2 night minimum stay

4 night minimum stay during holidays

 

All other rates remain the same as above. Check back for specials.
